**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a **Clinical Practice Supervisor - Physiotherapy**. This role will involve providing operational and clinical leadership to a team of physiotherapists, ensuring high standards of care and continuous professional development.
**About the Role**
This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to blend clinical practice with professional and operational leadership. You will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services in the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leadership: Provide operational and clinical leadership to a team of physiotherapists, ensuring high standards of care and continuous professional development.
- Service Development: Drive quality improvements and contribute to the evolution of the Community Rehabilitation Service.
- Clinical Practice: Maintain a clinical caseload, modeling senior-level, evidence-informed practice and advanced clinical reasoning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, clinical psychologists, and therapy assistants.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A NZ Registered Physiotherapist with a current APC and driver's license
- 7+ years of clinical experience, including mentoring and coaching experience
- Supervision knowledge and skill
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills and use of evidence-informed practice
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of professional groups in a multidisciplinary bicultural environment
