Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre and Kahui Marino (Pt Chevalier Clinical Hub), this permanent, full-time position invites a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to lead a team dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services.Key Responsibilities: * Leadership: Provide operational and clinical leadership to a team of physiotherapists, ensuring high standards of care and continuous professional development.
* Service Development: Drive quality improvements and contribute to the evolution of the Community Rehabilitation Service.
* Clinical Practice: Maintain a clinical caseload, modelling senior-level, evidence-informed practice and advanced clinical reasoning.
* Collaboration: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, clinical psychologists and therapy assistants, and engage with other Allied Health Practice Supervisors for support and guidance.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe Community Rehabilitation Team provides an interdisciplinary rehabilitation service for clients transitioning from hospital to home following significant health events.
The service aims to optimise client independence, participation and function in clients' daily lives through: * Community-Based Rehabilitation Service: Responsive care delivered in clients' home and clinic-based environments.
