The Department of Conservation (DOC) is seeking a Process Improvement Director to lead their change management efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement change management strategies and plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead communication efforts to ensure transparency and engagement.

Your focus will be on the 'Better for Nature' programme, which brings together all key change and improvement work into a single, coordinated and sequenced programme. You will also be responsible for evaluating and refining change management processes for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in process improvement and change management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
