About the Role

As Chief Information Security Strategist, you will be responsible for building and leading our security practice, ensuring the protection of our information assets. You will drive our security initiatives, collaborate with various business units, and combat emerging threats and incidents.

You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and leading a comprehensive security practice
  • Establishing and maintaining a company-wide security management strategy
  • Identifying, evaluating, and reporting on information security risks
  • Leading and mentoring the information security and network team members
  • Driving the maturity of the company's security and enhancing the security of operational technology environments
  • Fostering a culture of security awareness and engagement among employees through training and proactive communication

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic leader with a passion for information security and network management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive leadership experience in risk management, information security, operational technology, and cyber security
  • A proven track record in developing and executing information security policies and programs
  • Experience driving the maturity of the company's security and enhancing the security of operational technology environments
  • Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
