Job Description: As a Financial Aid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall operation of the financial aid department. You will work collaboratively with the Enrollment office to achieve the recruitment, persistence, and completion goals of the university. Your responsibilities will include advising students and families on financial aid opportunities, packaging undergraduate student financial aid, and providing guidance on financial aid satisfactory academic progress (SAP).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • One or more years of financial aid experience, including knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and programs preferred
  • Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Benefits: Chatham University offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $45,000, a 35-hour work week, and occasional weekend and evening hours. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
