We are seeking a skilled Vice-President, Advisor Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive advisor growth, engagement, and retention. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs that empower our advisors to succeed. This will involve leading a high-performing team that partners closely with advisors to enhance their marketing efforts, increase client acquisition, and strengthen brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and continuously refining advisor marketing programs that provide clear value to financial advisors.
  • Managing the execution of marketing offers for the onboarding of investment advisors nationwide.
  • Overseeing the execution of day-to-day advisor marketing services for all advisor teams across the country.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives advisor growth, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in the Wealth Management industry or other regulated industry is required.
  • Deep knowledge of various marketing platforms and tools, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital advertising platforms.
