We are seeking someone with a strong delivery-focused working style who is able to work collaboratively with our customers across all levels of the organisation within a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy desktop equipment for new joiners and existing team members
  • Provide technical assistance to 500+ end users of IT services across NZ and the wider APAC region
  • PC hardware support
  • Efficiently manage a ticketing queue within our APAC region
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for internal desktop and laptop systems, servers, and the associated network infrastructure
  • Install software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems
  • Document and maintain desktop build documentation and user how-to guides

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an ICT related field
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years IT support experience
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relating to IT systems support
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills with end user hardware, software, and connectivity problems
  • Strong delivery-focused working style and customer-oriented
  • Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
