About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Land Manager / Graduate Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in researching land and new homes opportunities, supporting the team in winning new business, and assisting in the sale of residential development land via auction, informal tender, or private treaty.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Full training and development will be provided for individuals without prior property experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new land and development opportunities using online tools and marketing platforms.
- Support the team in securing new business by attending client and site meetings.
- Assist in marketing residential development sites, liaising with clients, managing enquiries, and progressing sales.
- Work closely with Butters John Bee (BJB) branches to promote auction land lots and negotiate with bidders.
