Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual with exceptional facilitation and training skills to join our team as an Operations and Service Delivery Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent learning to the highest standard.

  • Facilitate group, one-on-one, and just-in-time operational training programs.
  • Provide face-to-face, remote, and digital learning support.
  • Create learning environments conducive to learning and reflect adult learning principles.
  • Conduct in-course and post-course evaluation activities.
  • Support the development of resources for managers and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proven work experience in development and delivery of operational training.
  • Experience supporting managers and staff with on-the-job learning responsibilities.
  • Multitasking, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.

Salary

The salary band for this role is J5 $72,634 – $100,846 and the appointing salary for this role will be between $72,634 and $93,591 based on skills and experience.
