About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Test Engineer to join our team at Enphase Energy. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet national and international regulatory requirements.

As a Compliance Test Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans, execute testing, and obtain necessary certifications. Your detailed knowledge of industry standards and best practices in compliance testing will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans for new and existing products.
  • Conduct compliance testing using ISO 17025 accredited lab procedures.
  • Coordinate with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) to schedule regulatory testing.
  • Gather and analyze data to demonstrate product compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of testing and certification efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering principles.
  • Minimum 2-10 years experience in compliance/homologation, product design/development, or testing of complex electronics products.
  • Experience with photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices, or power electronics is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of relevant standards such as AS/NZS 4777 series, EN 50549-1, IEC 61000 series, IEC/UL 62368, UL standards, and others.
