The Role

As a Programme Director, you will play a vital role in setting up and managing our programmes at Pillans Point school in Tauranga. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery
  • Managing parent and school liaison
  • Overseeing daily administrative tasks
  • Leading and motivating staff members

Key Requirements
You will need to possess:

  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and inspiring them to develop their confidence and individuality
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector
  • Excellent communication skills as the face of sKids between parents and staff
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or residency status
