Main Responsibilities
• Develop long-term space plans and utilization strategies for A*STAR's entire portfolio of space, considering factors such as research needs, future growth projections.
• Conduct due diligence and advise on whether space planning initiatives comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards across different locations.
• Collaborate with facility teams and stakeholders/users at each site to understand specific needs, align objectives, and ensure smooth implementation of space plans.

Key Skills and Qualifications
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in policy & planning or asset portfolio management related fields.
• Background in Civil Engineering and experience in managing R&D space planning is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and think creatively to apply strategic thinking to tasks.
