**Administrative Assistant Position:**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wellington, Kansas. As a key member of the judicial staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a judge of the district court.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the judge and judicial staff
  • Transcribe court proceedings and other documents
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and reports
  • Develop and implement effective workflows

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation required; post-secondary education or certification an asset
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in secretarial and general clerical work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong typing skills
