About the Role
">We're seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our General Manager – Corporate and Market Services. This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of our organisation, ensuring smooth operations while driving continuous improvement in processes and ways of working.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the General Manager and other stakeholders
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you'll have:
">- Proven experience in an EA, project coordination, or high-level administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively improve processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
