About the Role: Our team is seeking an experienced Parliamentary Office Coordinator to join the Whips' Office as a dedicated administrative support professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Labour Chief Whip, Glen Bennett MP, and the Whips' Office team, carrying out special tasks and projects, managing caucus events, and coordinating administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include providing a high standard of administrative support, carrying out special tasks and projects, supporting the Whips team to manage caucus events, responding to correspondence and emails, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring the Senior Whip has required materials for meetings.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will require highly developed administrative capabilities, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work efficiently across various systems, excellent communication skills, discretion, and an earnest presence of mind. Strong relationships-building skills are essential to upholding a high level of confidentiality.
