- Maintaining the health and safety of all staff members at the shop\
- Working collaboratively with the team to visualise merchandise and maximise revenue\
- Undertaking daily cash up and banking, ensuring accurate records and financial transparency\
- Developing and implementing plans to increase sales and improve store performance\
- Fostering a positive and productive working environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication\
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge\
- Contributing to the overall success of the organisation through active participation in team meetings and decision-making processes
Requirements
\To excel in this role, you will need:
\- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude\
- People leadership experience, ideally within the not-for-profit sector\
- Strong administration and computer skills, including data entry and record-keeping\
- Merchandising experience, with knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices\
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to ongoing professional development\
