**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Personal Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will work closely with individuals who require support in their daily lives.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to people with high and complex needs. You will assist them in pursuing their interests and engaging in community activities, such as swimming, fishing, and sports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals in need
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Support individuals in managing risk and maintaining safety

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Calm nature and ability to work with challenging behaviors
  • Physical fitness to provide support needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
