**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team in Auckland. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

About the Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for our Australian & New Zealand companies across multiple pay groups using multiple payroll software's.
  • Work closely with the People Operations Team and our business units to receive and update employment documentation for payroll processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Australian & New Zealand payroll position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australia and NZ employment legislation (awards, long service leave, termination pay etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
