**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team in Auckland. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
About the Role:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for our Australian & New Zealand companies across multiple pay groups using multiple payroll software's.
- Work closely with the People Operations Team and our business units to receive and update employment documentation for payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Australian & New Zealand payroll position.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australia and NZ employment legislation (awards, long service leave, termination pay etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
