We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labour to join our dynamic team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll and Time & Labour systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll system to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Optimize our Time & Labour system to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
What You Will Bring to This Role
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labour is essential, and preferably you will also have PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll experience.
  • A strong understanding of payroll compliance and legislative requirements in New Zealand.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
