You will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, acting as a conduit between technology and the business for our clients. Your strong analytical and project delivery skills will see you engage end-to-end from pre-sales and requirements elicitation through to solution design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients critically understanding their operations and systems
- Translating client requirements into technical specifications and translating designs into user stories
- Creating business flowcharts or other visual aids to communicate changes to the business teams
- Determining potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility
- Developing project feasibility reports and presenting solutions to the client
- Defining scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Prioritizing features, defining project scope, and identifying risks
- Planning and scheduling timelines and milestones for projects
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Proactively managing changes in scope, identifying potential crises, and elaborating contingency plans
- Executing on other responsibilities in line with business objectives as required
Requirements About You:
- Proven skills and experience within Financial Services
- 5+ years of project delivery experience with experience in presales proposals and estimation
- High initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong consulting, client engagement, and communication skills
- Prioritization and ability to provide oversight and engagement across multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on work quality planning
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Self-managing and driven to achieve personal and company goals
- Previous Salesforce experience would be ideal but not essential
