Our Mission

Inghamdriven is a leading automotive group in New Zealand, committed to providing quality brands and services. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our Mitsubishi and Kia dealership in Taupo.

About the Role

The Service Advisor will be responsible for booking and servicing customer vehicles over the phone and customer counter. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer's specific needs are catered for and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention
  • Ensure an optimum level of service is supplied to all customers with each visit
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by catering to each customer's unique needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current clean full NZ Driver's Licence
  • Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure situations
  • Professional approach and friendly communicator skills
  • Good English language skills and high personal integrity
