  • Lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.

Our ideal candidate has expert knowledge of Windows OS and MAC OS administration, as well as TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP. They must be able to work efficiently under deadlines and take ownership of tasks with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and management.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.).
