Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching people the basic principles of how to swim
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and visitors during busy public sessions
  • Assisting skate session operation including serving food and supporting our Cafe
  • Helping centre management with administration and operational duties, including bookings
  • Supporting centre activities including sporting leagues and daily timetabled programmes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A love of water and swimming
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate well with members of the public
  • Previous experience working with children would be beneficial
  • Recognised swim teacher qualification or previous experience as a Swimming Instructor would be fantastic
