Every day, every living thing needs it.So, join us on our mission to ensure every community has access to safe water for life - we believe that's worth striving for.About the job:We are looking for an experienced OD/LD professional to partner with our business and our People & Capability Business Partners in the Learning and Development space.
This role is based in our East Tamaki office, reporting to the Head of People & Capability.You will partner closely with business leaders and the P&C team to design and implement programs that align with company values, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure the organisation is equipped to achieve its strategic goals.This role will lead:DEIB RoadmapField learning and competency trainingWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field5+ years of experience in organisational development, change management, or a similar role.Proven ability to design and implement OD programs that align with business objectives.Experience creating and delivering learning programmes and working with an LMSProven experience in conducting engagement surveys and using data driven insights to create action plans and improve employee engagementExcellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of D&I principles and their application within organisations.Benefits and culture:We offer an inclusive and vibrant company culture where effort is rewarded, fresh ideas are welcome, and success is celebrated.
