About the Job
This permanent position is available in our acute medical team to provide high quality, patient-focused interventions to our acute patients.
The Physiotherapy service has approximately 90 staff working across the Waikato region. We have staff based at Waikato Hospital, our secondary hospital in Thames and our 3 rural hospitals in Tokoroa, Te Kuiti and Taumaranui and across our many community bases.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for assessing patients and designing treatment programmes to accelerate patient recovery.
- Provide high-quality, safe and effective care.
- Carry a full caseload of patients.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Enjoy mentoring and training up junior clinicians and students.
