Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care. You will conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork. Your skills and qualifications will enable you to stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
