About the Role
Eating Disorder CareWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist. As part of this role, you will work closely with clients and families affected by eating disorders, providing support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing positive relationships with clients and their families
- Providing emotional support and guidance in managing eating disorder symptoms
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
Your Skills and Experience:
- A genuine interest in supporting individuals affected by eating disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- A level 4 New Zealand Certificate in health and well-being or equivalent experience
