As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a small team of Fast Food workers (Cooks & Kitchen Hands) and ensuring they are equipped to succeed through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensuring that all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality, and customer measures.
  • Problem solving when issues arise and escalating to experts as required.
  • Ensuring the Health & Safety of all employees.
  • Assisting with promoting restaurant profitability.
