The Role
As an ECOYA Customer Care Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to wholesale and corporate B2B customers, as well as direct-to-consumer clients. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, liaising with distribution providers, and delivering best-in-class customer service through every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Energy and passion for the ECOYA brand
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong business, analytical, and commercial acumen
Ability to think strategically and commercially
Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with all areas of the business
Highly organized - able to handle multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and work well under pressure
Competent in use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Netsuite experience advantageous
Self-motivated; pro-active and a good team player
