The Opportunity

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sylvia Park. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales floor team, driving sales growth, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead a team of sales assistants in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Monitor and control stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain a compelling shopping environment
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals
