The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / Revenue to partner with our CEO on the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Sales / Revenue will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives sales growth
- Building and managing a high-performing sales team
- Hiring key sales talent, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Sales Development Representatives
- Developing and implementing sales processes, playbooks, and messaging
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- 10+ years of enterprise/mid-market sales experience
- 5+ years of sales management and leadership experience
- Experience selling solutions to Data Science Organizations or Tech Sales
- Startup experience strongly desired
- Experience building and managing sales teams
