The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / Revenue to partner with our CEO on the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Sales / Revenue will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives sales growth
  • Building and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Hiring key sales talent, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Sales Development Representatives
  • Developing and implementing sales processes, playbooks, and messaging

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • 10+ years of enterprise/mid-market sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management and leadership experience
  • Experience selling solutions to Data Science Organizations or Tech Sales
  • Startup experience strongly desired
  • Experience building and managing sales teams
