Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and School Administrator
- Manage the school's Emergency Response Plan and oversee the Wellness Room
- Administer first aid to children and maintain accurate medical records
- Process student enrolments, withdrawals, and absences using HERO and ENROL databases
- Liaise with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure seamless communication
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee library management, including new book preparation and inventory control
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as book club, uniform sales, and food sales
Your Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer literacy skills and experience with HERO, XERO, GOOGLE SUITE, VISITAB, AND EFTPOS SYSTEMS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of initiative, problem-solving ability, and discretion
- Current First Aide certificate (Preferred)
