The Role
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Southern Sales team. This role will be centered on existing account management and development of new client relationships. You will work to build sales pipelines, identify opportunities, and win new business for Plumbing World products. Maintaining existing business and ensuring high levels of customer service is equally important.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their unique business needs
  • Executing the Plumbing World brand professionally and driving sales growth
  • Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs
  • Prospecting and growing Plumbing World's sales and margin
  • Maintaining regular and efficient service to customers in your territory

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven sales background of at least 3 years in Plumbing, Civil technical sales, or the wider building industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
