About the Position

We are seeking a talented Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute plans to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency, with excellent listening, verbal, presentation and written communications skills.
