We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Coordinator to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in supporting the DPMC and Treasury HR teams with business-as-usual activities across a range of HR functions including advisory, recruitment and training and development.Korero mo te turanga | About the RoleThis role is fixed term to allow us to determine the future resourcing needs for the People and Wellbeing team and to allow us to recruit accordingly.You will be responsible for providing HR generalist advice on routine enquiries and delegating and escalating other enquiries received by email, over the phone or face-to-face.The HR Coordinator role would suit a candidate who has gained experience and exposure to a HR environment e.g., in a previous or existing HR Administrator, HR Assistant-Advisor or HR Coordinator role.To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate you have the skills and experience to:Co-ordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding of our people.Develop and co-ordinate documentation through the full employee life cycle.Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.Support data quality and position management.Provide transactional advice on HR policies and processes.O pumanawa | About YouHighly effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising work in a busy environment.Self-motivated and customer centric with a knack for problem solving.Quick learner with attention to detail.Great at building and maintaining relationships.Flexible, comfortable in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail.Resilient, can work well under pressure and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.You will be part of a People & Wellbeing team that is committed to moving from good to great.
