We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Coordinator to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in supporting the DPMC and Treasury HR teams with business-as-usual activities across a range of HR functions including advisory, recruitment and training and development.You will be responsible for providing HR generalist advice on routine enquiries and delegating and escalating other enquiries received by email, over the phone or face-to-face.
Key areas you will be involved in include:Co-ordinating and management of onboarding and offboarding of our peopleCo-ordinating documentation through the full employee life cycleContribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.Supporting data quality and position managementProviding transactional advice on HR policies and processesThis role is fixed term to allow us to determine the future resourcing needs for the People and Wellbeing team and to allow us to recruit accordingly.The HR Coordinator role would suit a HR graduate who has gained previous experience and exposure to a HR environment, or an experienced Coordinator looking to grow their HR career and become a subject matter expert for the team.Key skills required:Highly effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising work in a busy environmentSelf-motivated and customer centric with a knack for problem solvingQuick learner with attention to detailGreat at building and maintaining relationshipsFlexible, comfortable in a fast-paced and quickly changing environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detailResilient, can work well under pressure and comfortable dealing with ambiguityYou will be part of a People & Wellbeing team that is committed to moving from good to great.
You will be looking to contribute positively to our environment and be capable of rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done.
