Nurse Team Lead Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled nurse leader to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated nurses who provide primary health care to our students.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working in primary care and 1 year of experience in a leadership role, with a current NZ practising certificate. They will be an inspiring leader who drives the team to deliver empathetic and compassionate primary care to our students.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, collaborating with Operations Manager and wider university support services, and developing care models for improved health outcomes and efficiency in our service. The successful candidate will balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.
