Job Description: Senior Executive, Development and Innovation

The Senior Executive of Population Health Office's Development and Innovation will support the Manager in driving development and innovation across PHC. This includes planning for capacity, capabilities, and manpower development at the system level, enabling innovation in services and programs in both primary care and community care settings. These efforts will strategically position PHC to achieve its long-term aspirations and deliver on its population health mandate for residents in Central and North Singapore.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of CHI@PHC to drive and enable innovation in services and programs across PHC.
  • Establish baselines, assess and identify gaps and opportunities, in alignment with PHC's long-term goals.
  • Formulate plans for capacity, capabilities, and manpower development at the system level, for PHC to achieve its long-term strategic goals and priorities.
  • Commission and facilitate initiatives for development and innovation in both primary care and community care settings.
  • Support in the establishment of evaluation metrics and frameworks to assess effectiveness of development and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Good bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Having healthcare operations/planning experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
