Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Revolution Beauty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our business within key accounts, ensuring key financial metrics are achieved and developing positive retailer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in NAM/SAM roles, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to build strong commercial plans with our retail partners. They will also have a proven track record of driving retail growth, market share, and competitive brand ranking through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Revolution business within key accounts, including Priceline AU and Chemist Warehouse NZ.
- Develop and implement commercial plans with our retail partners to drive sales growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, including TK Maxx and Catch.
- Identify and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive retail growth, market share, and competitive brand ranking.
- Work closely with internal teams to leverage retailer relationships, gain insights, and promote the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in NAM/SAM roles.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to build strong commercial plans with retail partners.
- Proven track record of driving retail growth, market share, and competitive brand ranking.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
