**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Case Manager for Mental Health Services at Te Whatu Ora Southern.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assessment treatment and coordination services to consumers and their families.
  • Apply evidenced based best practice principles to underpin social work practice.
  • Undertake appropriate mental health assessments of consumers and their family's needs and situation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role you must have relevant mental health experience experience in working with young people experiencing mental health issues hold current registration and an annual practising certificate as an Allied Health Professional. You should also have a commitment to maintain social work standards and ethics and hold a current APC and Registration with the Social Workers Board of New Zealand.
