The Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Programme Lead - Backflow. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering our backflow prevention programme, including testing, repairs, surveys, and associated billing. You'll also engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and progress our programme.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a confident problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Previous experience in contract management and customer relationship management is essential, along with a strong understanding of backflow policies and code of practice.
