Influencer Career Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our dynamic team at Komi Group, focusing on managing and maximising the careers of our roster of influential parenting and family-focused social media personalities and content creators.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through effective brand partnerships. This includes overseeing a portfolio of parenting and family-focused influencers, guiding their career development with tailored advice and strategic support, as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow the careers of the influencers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee a portfolio of parenting and family-focused influencers, guiding their career development with tailored advice and strategic support.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the careers of the influencers, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the influencers while maximising revenue and value for both the influencers and the agency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brands, agencies, and other industry professionals to facilitate collaboration and drive business growth.
We are looking for a proven professional with experience in parenting and family-focused talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field, with a focus on working with high-profile influencers. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close deals. They should also be able to think strategically and develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns that drive results.
