We're seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong service management skills, excellent facilitation abilities, and a working knowledge of Practice Management Systems. As part of our dynamic operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating clinical and non-clinical resources, ensuring operational excellence, and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day operations
- Coordinate clinical and non-clinical resources onsite
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement
- Meet the operational needs of daily clinical services

Requirements
- Preference for experience in primary or secondary care services
- Strong service management and team coordination skills
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation/persuasion skills
- Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems (desired)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology systems
