The HR Policy unit plays a critical role in driving the direction and development of HR policies to ensure market relevance and competitiveness.
As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to meet organizational needs and stay aligned with national directives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and review policies to ensure buy-in, robustness, coherence, and implementability.
**Responsibilities:**
- Partner with business units to understand workforce requirements and develop plans to meet these demands.
- Work in a team to identify gaps, highlight trends, and advise senior management and stakeholders on policies, planning, and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, good quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into implementation plans.
