In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for young people who have offended. You will work closely with our residential team to ensure our residents receive comprehensive care and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating support services for our residents
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure our residents receive comprehensive care and support
  • Developing and implementing plans to support our residents in achieving their goals

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, youth work, education)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly across a roster that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A good level of physical fitness
