Salary InformationThe salary for this role is competitive with the NHS Agenda for Change pay bands. It is based on full-time hours, pro rata for part-time roles. The salary range is £44,471.72 - £48,906.23 dependent on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a lead nurse within the Change Grow Live Wirral service, you will work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be in their recovery journey. This involves demonstrating skills of a motivated leader, developing and delivering clinical, health, and wellbeing interventions, providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team, and contributing to service development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrating excellent clinical skills and monitoring, auditing, and sustaining best practice across sites.
- Providing clinical interventions at hub and community sites.
- A whole person approach, being curious, a good listener, a clinically robust practitioner, and having a flexible approach.
