Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Facilitator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality health services, promoting a culture of safety and excellence, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent), a current Annual Practicing Certificate, and a Post-Graduate Qualification or be working towards it. You will also have a minimum of three years' experience in quality and risk management, as well as comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and auditing.

In this role, you will work closely with our teams to develop and implement quality initiatives, provide education and training, and conduct audits and reviews to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients and communities.
