Part time 0.5 FTE/20hrs position (Monday - Friday)
Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to palliative care in a community setting? Are you passionate about supporting people living with a life-limiting illness when needs are changing? Whatever your own reasons, we offer an opportunity to make a genuine impact for patients and whānau facing end of life, working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

This role provides spiritual care and support for patients and families/whānau across the in-patient unit, community and with a weekly connection into the Nurse Maude Care Home.
