About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Strategist to lead our Lower North Island clinics in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a franchise or multi-unit retail environment.

  • Exceptional communication and networking skills, with a knack for representing the company externally.
  • Strong experience with analytics to guide decisions, ensuring each move is data-backed.
  • A commitment to compliance and quality, keeping clinics at the highest operational standards.
What We Offer
