Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced psychologist to join our team at Hub of Hope Ltd. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to provide assessment, therapy, and intervention services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to the developmental needs of children and adolescents.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and child development.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with relevant Practicing Board in New Zealand.
  • Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic capacity.
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health disorders, and family systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
